The Chapel of the Assumption is on the north side of the Tabor Retreat House quadrangle. Many have commented that the Chapel is the most peaceful place at the Center.  As one gazes on the altar, the beauty of Southwest Louisiana is palpable due to the floor to ceiling windows.  Designed on a Baptismal pool - Altar axis, the Chapel is all glass on the north side overlooking the swamp.

In addition to the sacristy, the Chapel has two Reconciliation Rooms and two wheelchair accessible restrooms.  It accommodates 120 at maximum usage.
